Under normal circumstances, general parcels should reach your address within 10 days. Shipping Destinations: Ulofey is pleased to offer worldwide shipping, but please be aware that for some destinations not serviced by our standard courier partners, such as North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, and Wallis and Futuna Islands, we can ship via postal services, though this may result in a significantly longer delivery time. We do also offer delivery to post office boxes via our economic and standard shipping methods.

Our team will promptly handle your return process. Please note that return requests submitted after this 24-hour window will not be accepted. For a return to be eligible, the item MUST be in its original condition. This means it must be uncut lace, uncolored, free from any chemical treatments, and unwashed. Any item with altered lace, dye, chemical processing, or signs of washing will not be eligible for return.
