At Ulofey, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality products. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we have implemented a comprehensive return policy to address your concerns.

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days if you do not like the item. Products must be in their original, unaltered condition.

Since human hair wigs are a hygienic hair product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously.

Any altered, worn, washed or damaged products are not eligible for any returns. For example:
The frontal lace was cut or damaged
The item was worn or sprayed with hair styling products
The item was damaged, or the original status was changed
Damaged Returns: If a returned item is damaged by you, only a partial refund will be provided.
Sale and Synthetic Wigs: Sale items and synthetic wigs are final sale and non-returnable.
Unless there are serious quality issues, all orders placed at wholesale prices are not eligible for returns.

After sales support:
At Ulofey, we are committed to providing excellent after-sales support. If you are not satisfied with the product but do not wish to return it, we can offer you a replacement or even create a new product tailored to your preferences. All you need to do is return the product to our warehouse. We aim to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase!

International Returns:

In the United States, returns are generally processed using USPS to return items to the local warehouse.
Express shipping and international shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:

Refund – Monetary refunds will be refunded back to the original form of payment that you used to purchase the order.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return. Allow an additional 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Size or Order Issues:

If we make a mistake with product details, size, or other information, we are responsible. You can choose to customize the product again according to the correct information; We will bear the return shipping cost for you; or choose to return the item for a full refund at no cost.
