30 Days No Reason Return/Exchange:
We are proud to offer a "30 Days No Reason Return/Exchange" policy for orders signed within 30 days. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item. Please ensure that the lace wig has not been cut, tampered with, or altered in any way. Any altered, worn, washed or damaged products are not eligible for any exchanges or returns.

Quality Issues and Wrong Size:

Beyond the initial 30-day period, we still have you covered. If there is a quality problem with your wig or if we made an error in sending you the wrong size, you can still request return. We believe that customer satisfaction should never be compromised, and we will gladly resolve any issues that may arise.

Hygiene and Safety Precautions:
Since human hair wigs are a hygienic hair product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously. Any altered, worn, washed or damaged products are not eligible for any exchanges or returns. For example:The frontal lace was cut or damaged; The item was worn or sprayed with hair styling products; The item was damaged, or the original status was changed; Custom orders, Clearance items and Gift gallery items; Any orders that include Signature Cut Service belong to custom orders and are not eligible for any return or exchange; Unless there are serious quality issues, all orders placed at wholesale prices are not eligible for returns.Items on sale cannot be refundedInternational customers will have to cover the shipping fees of their exchange or return.The Express shipping fee is not going to be refunded because the service was already used.Synthetic wigs are final sale products and cannot be returned!
