Under normal circumstances, general parcels should reach your address within 10 days. Any altered, worn, washed or damaged products are not eligible for any returns. For example：
The frontal lace was cut or damaged

Unless there are serious quality issues, all orders placed at wholesale prices are not eligible for returns.
Damaged Returns: If a returned item is damaged by you, only a partial refund will be provided.
