Standard Distribution Logistics: Orders with a product value less than 100 US dollars will be shipped using standard distribution logistics. Under normal circumstances, general parcels should reach your address within 15 days. However, please note that due to transportation and customs issues, the delivery time may occasionally be extended.
Shipping Destinations: Ulofey is pleased to offer worldwide shipping, providing access to our products across the globe. However, please be aware that we are unable to ship to certain regions, including North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, and Wallis and Futuna Islands. We do offer delivery to post office boxes via economic and standard shipping methods.
Order Processing and Shipment: Upon placing an order, please allow 3-6 days for processing and shipment. However, for customized orders, please note that processing and shipment may take up to two months. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring the timely delivery of your order.

Return Policy
Orders signed within 15 days:
We provide "15 Days No Reason Return/Exchange".
That is, if you simply do not like it you can free return . We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges and returns of lace wigs that have not been cut, tampered or altered. Since human hair wigs are a hygienic hair product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously, we do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
Orders signed beyond 15 days:
If quality problem or our fault to send the wrong size, beyond 15 days, you can free return.
Items on sale cannot be refunded
Custom orders are also non refundable, as these pieces are made specifically for your needs and wishes. Ofcourse if there would be any problem with them, reach out to me, so we can figure out if the piece can be repaired.
How do I make a return?
1. Sign into your ULOFEY account.
2. Find the order in My Orders.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
