Our Official Color Ring covers our standard in-stock hair colors. Since custom hair colors are virtually unlimited, many highly specialized shades are not included on the standard ring.

How do I order custom colors or custom topper specifications? +
You can place orders based on our standard color ring codes, or simply mail your own physical samples (hair swatches, color rings, or base templates) to our factory. Our master technicians will craft your custom toppers to match your exact sample specifications.
Is the cost of the Color Ring refundable against future orders? +
Yes! We offer a full Sample Fee Credit Policy. When you purchase an official color ring, the full purchase price (excluding express shipping) will be credited directly toward your first bulk order meeting our minimum requirement of 10 units.
Are color rings always in stock and how fast do they ship? +
Color ring availability depends on real-time factory inventory. In-stock color rings are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. If temporarily out of stock, production takes a few business days. International express shipping via DHL or FedEx takes 3 to 5 business days.
