• Hygiene Standards: Human hair wigs and toppers are personal hygiene products. For public health and safety reasons, any item that has been worn, sprayed with styling products, or had the lace cut cannot be accepted for return.

• Damaged Returns: If a returned item shows customer-induced damage, Ulofey reserves the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.

• Final Sale Items: All promotional/clearance items and synthetic wigs are final sale and strictly non-returnable.

2. Wholesale & Bulk Orders Policy

• Final Sale: All wholesale and bulk orders (including custom processing and white-label manufacturing) are final sales and are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
