At Ulofey, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece. We understand that sometimes adjustments or returns may be necessary, and we have implemented this policy to ensure a fair and transparent process.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes you may need to adjust or cancel your order. Please note that all order cancellations are subject to a 10% administrative fee, regardless of when the request is made. This fee is necessary to cover non-refundable transaction and merchant service charges imposed by our payment gateways.
  • Post-24-Hour Cancellation: Once an order exceeds the 24-hour window, it officially enters our handcrafted production process. Because all Ulofey hair pieces are handcrafted to your specific measurements and style preferences, each unit is considered a custom-made product. Once production begins, the item is uniquely yours, and we are unable to accept cancellations after this period.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Return Eligibility

  • 7-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the item.
  • Original Condition: Products must be in their original, unaltered condition. Items that have been cut, washed, styled, chemically treated, or damaged by the customer are strictly ineligible for return.
  • Hygiene Standard: Since human hair wigs are hygienic products, we take matters of public safety seriously. Any item that has been worn, sprayed with styling products, or had the lace cut will not be accepted.
  • Damaged Returns: If a returned item is damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse the return or provide only a partial refund.
  • Final Sale Items: Sale items and synthetic wigs are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Wholesale Orders: Unless there are serious quality issues, all wholesale orders are not eligible for returns.

3. International Returns & Refused Packages

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original express shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refused Packages: If a package is refused by the buyer, we will process the refund after deducting all actual costs incurred, including: the original outbound shipping fee, return shipping fee, and any import duties or taxes incurred.

4. Size or Order Issues

If Ulofey makes a mistake regarding product details or size, we take full responsibility. You may choose to:

  • Have the product modified at our expense (we will bear the return shipping cost).
  • Return the item for a full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refund Processing & Deductions

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Please allow an additional 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Refund Deductions: For all voluntary returns/cancellations, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs, in addition to any applicable shipping and customs duties.

6. Legal Notice & Dispute Resolution

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. Ulofey reserves the right to dispute unjustified credit card chargebacks. We will provide all documented evidence—including production photos, communication logs, and your agreement to these terms—to financial institutions to defend our policy.
