  2. Standard Distribution Logistics: Orders with a product value less than 150 US dollars will be shipped using standard distribution logistics. Under normal circumstances, general parcels should reach your address within 10 days. However, please note that due to transportation and customs issues, the delivery time may occasionally be extended.

Shipping Destinations: Ulofey is pleased to offer worldwide shipping, but please be aware that for some destinations not serviced by our standard courier partners, such as North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, and Wallis and Futuna Islands, we can ship via postal services, though this may result in a significantly longer delivery time. We do also offer delivery to post office boxes via our economic and standard shipping methods.

  4. Order Processing and Shipment: Upon placing an order, please allow 2-4 days for processing and shipment. However, for customized orders, please note that processing and shipment may take up to 10 business day. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring the timely delivery of your order.

RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days if you do not like the item. Products must be in their original, unaltered condition.

Since human hair wigs are a hygienic hair product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously.

Any altered, worn, washed or damaged products are not eligible for any returns. For example:
The frontal lace was cut or damaged
The item was worn or sprayed with hair styling products
The item was damaged, or the original status was changed
Unless there are serious quality issues, all orders placed at wholesale prices are not eligible for returns.
Damaged Returns: If a returned item is damaged by you, only a partial refund will be provided.
Sale and Synthetic Wigs: Sale items and synthetic wigs are final sale and non-returnable.

After sales support:

At Ulofey, we are committed to providing excellent after-sales support. If you are not satisfied with the product but do not wish to return it, we can offer you a replacement or even create a new product tailored to your preferences. International Returns:

In the United States, returns are generally processed using USPS to return items to the local warehouse.
International Express shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If a package is refused by the buyer, we'll process the refund as follows:
Fee deductions: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in good condition, we'll deduct all actual costs incurred due to the refusal from the total refund amount. This includes, but isn't limited to:
The original outbound shipping fee.
The return shipping fee.

  • Returns for Quality Issues Only - 24-Hour Reporting Window: Once a customized product has been signed for upon delivery, returns are only accepted if there is a verifiable quality issue with the product. In such a rare event, you MUST contact ULOFEY Customer Service within 24 hours of signing for the delivery. To help us process your return request efficiently, please provide clear photos and videos. Our team will promptly handle your return process. Please note that return requests submitted after this 24-hour window will not be accepted. For a return to be eligible, the item MUST be in its original condition. This means it must be uncut lace, uncolored, free from any chemical treatments, and unwashed. Any item with altered lace, dye, chemical processing, or signs of washing will not be eligible for return. 

  • Final Sale for Non-Quality Reasons: For reasons unrelated to quality issues (e.g., change of mind, incorrect specifications provided by the customer), customized orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
