2. Standard Distribution Logistics: Orders with a product value less than 150 US dollars will be shipped using standard distribution logistics. Under normal circumstances, general parcels should reach your address within 10 days. However, please note that due to transportation and customs issues, the delivery time may occasionally be extended.

3. Shipping Destinations: Ulofey is pleased to offer worldwide shipping, but please be aware that for some destinations not serviced by our standard courier partners, such as North Korea, Sao Tome, Principe, Pitcairn Island, and Wallis and Futuna Islands, we can ship via postal services, though this may result in a significantly longer delivery time. We do also offer delivery to post office boxes via our economic and standard shipping methods.

• 7-Day Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

• Original Condition Required: All returned products must be in their original, unaltered condition. Items that have been cut, washed, styled, chemically treated, or damaged after delivery are strictly ineligible for return.

• Hygiene Standards: Human hair wigs and toppers are personal hygiene products. For public health and safety reasons, any item that has been worn, sprayed with styling products, or had the lace cut cannot be accepted for return.

• Damaged Returns: If a returned item shows customer-induced damage, Ulofey reserves the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.

• Final Sale Items: All promotional/clearance items and synthetic wigs are final sale and strictly non-returnable.

2. Wholesale & Bulk Orders Policy

• Final Sale: All wholesale and bulk orders (including custom processing and white-label manufacturing) are final sales and are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

• Sample First Policy: To ensure complete satisfaction with hair quality, texture, color, and workmanship, we strongly encourage new wholesale clients to order a sample unit or our Official Color Ring first. Once you have inspected and approved the physical sample, you can proceed with your bulk order with full confidence.

• Manufacturing Defects: If you receive wholesale items with severe manufacturing defects, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and video evidence for verification and resolution.

• Returns for Quality Issues Only - 24-Hour Reporting Window: Once a customized product has been signed for upon delivery, returns are only accepted if there is a verifiable quality issue with the product. In such a rare event, you MUST contact Ulofey Customer Service within 24 hours of signing for the delivery. To help us process your return request efficiently, please provide clear photos and videos.
