Once production begins, the item is uniquely yours, and we are unable to accept cancellations after this period.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Return Eligibility

• 7-Day Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the item.

• Original Condition: Products must be in their original, unaltered condition. Items that have been cut, washed, styled, chemically treated, or damaged by the customer are strictly ineligible for return.
